Terms and Conditions of Insignia Program

• A customer can enroll for the Pantaloons Insignia exclusive annual membership program (“Insignia Membership Program”) by visiting any Pantaloons store only and on payment of the requisite annual fees (“Fee”) as below:
• For first time Application/Enrolling- Rs. 1599/-
• For Re-Enrolling - Rs. 1599/-
• The Fee can be revised by Pantaloons from time to time which will be intimated to the members.
• The Insignia Membership Program is restricted to individuals with a valid mobile number in India.
• Corporate/institutions or their representatives are not entitled to Insignia Membership Program related benefits/privileges or reward points.
• Pantaloons reserves the right to cancel/terminate Insignia Membership Program, if any undue benefits availed by the member comes to Pantaloons’ notice and Pantaloons reserves the right to recover/reverse any undue benefits availed by such member and Pantaloons shall not be liable to return any fee is this scenario.
• Any Greencard member (irrespective of tier) can enroll for the Insignia Membership Program and activate the benefits of the Insignia Membership Program for a period of 1 year (365 days from the date of enrolment).
• All Insignia Membership Program benefits are restricted and are specific to Pantaloons stores only. Not valid on pantaloons.com (web/app). Note : On the date of Enrolling or Re-Enrolling into the Insignia Membership Program, the maximum discount shall not exceed the Fee paid. Insignia Membership Program benefits and Greencard member benefits cannot be clubbed together and cannot be availed on the same bill. A member can avail either Insignia Membership Program benefits or the Greencard member benefits on one bill.
• The membership for the Insignia Membership Program shall be valid for a period of one year from the enrollment / renewal date (365 days from the date of enrolment). The membership and the benefits for the Insignia Membership Program shall lapse if not renewed every year by paying the fee. However, the member shall be eligible to continue availing all benefits and privileges as per his/her Greencard status and tier across all stores.
• Purchase of membership for the Insignia Membership Program is non-returnable, non-cancelable, non-refundable, non- transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable. A member can cancel his/her membership for the Insignia Membership Program anytime. However, the fee for the Insignia Membership Program shall not be refunded.
• Pantaloons reserves the right to alter the terms of the program including any associated points or discount benefit at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. Existing members for the Insignia Membership Program will have the option of choosing to opt out of the Insignia Membership Program and once a member chooses to opt out of the Insignia Membership Program, Pantaloons shall refund a fair value to the members’ Greencard account (as reward points equivalent to rupee value). The formula of arriving at fair value will be as follows: Fees paid at time of enrolling less value of Insignia Membership Program discount (10% additional) already passed to member on shopping done during the membership tenure of the Insignia Membership Program.
• Pantaloons reserves the right to refuse/cancel/terminate/withdraw membership of Insignia Membership Program at its own discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever, including during force majeure. And all the benefits/privileges and accumulated/existing reward points will cease to exist and Pantaloons will not be liable to entertain / accept any claim pertaining to such refusal / cancellation / termination / withdrawal of the Insignia Membership Program. Pantaloons shall refund a fair value to the members’ Greencard account (as reward points equivalent to rupee value), provided termination/withdrawal/cancellation is not due to any fraudulent transaction by the member. The formula of arriving at fair value will be as follows: Fees paid at time of enrolling less value of Insignia Membership Program discount (10% additional) already passed to member on shopping done during the membership tenure of the Insignia Membership Program.
• All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon and settle any and all disputes that may arise out of or in connection with this Insignia Membership Program.

• This voucher has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption will not be allowed
• This is valid on the minimum purchase as mentioned in the GV
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
• No duplicate will be issued if this voucher is lost or misplaced
• Validity of voucher will not be extended under any circumstances
• The holder of the voucher is deemed to be beneficiary
• Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final
• Green Card discounts are not applicable on payments done with this gift voucher
• This voucher cannot be used to avail any other promotional offer prevailing in the store
• This voucher cannot be used along any other type of vouchers
• Company reserves the right to allow maximum discount to the extent of face value of gift voucher
